Before you start module 3, make sure that you

1. can recognize all the consonants and the vowels (covered module 1)

2. know the tone rules, can read, and pronounce words with correct tones (covered in module 2)

In this module we will cover the rest of the information on learning how to read Thai. It will include

1. How vowels change shape

2. Silenced letter

3. More on final consonants

4. Tone changers

5. Clusters

6. and many more.

For each concept, I created a specific sentence to help you understand the concept. So in each lesson/topic you will see a sentence. Try to read it. If you can read it correctly, that means you have understood what was taught in the lesson.

In each lesson I provide an audio of these sentences. Above the audio, you will see a file of the sentence written in various fonts. After you learn to read, the next difficulty is to understand different fonts. It's good to get used to different fonts early on to not have to feel frustrated later 😜.
