In section 3 and 3.1 we will breakdown a Youtube video called "Why did the kids almost die from eating a sausage?".

In the video, the author tells a real story about how a Thai kid almost died eating a sausage from a non-certified company. He uses this to talk about how the Thai government and the bureaucracies are inefficient in tackling food related problems.

Step 1.

• Watch the video in the "Watch the entire video" lesson first - Do not stop, do not rewind, do not use subtitles. It's okay, if you don't understand because we are going to breakdown the video in the following lessons.

Step 2.

• Go to the "Video Breakdown" lessons. There will be an audio clip of what we will breakdown - please listen to that first.

• Once you listen to the audio clip, then watch the breakdown video. You can turn on the subtitles if you need them to follow along.

• If you want, you can scroll down to the "Vocabulary" first to review vocabs to help you better understand the audio clip.

• After watching the breakdown video, you will be able to understand the audio clip better.

Step 3.

• Once you finish watching the "Video Breakdown" continue by doing the "Vocab review" and the "Quizzes"

• Keep going until you do all the lessons

Step 4.

• After you finish watching all my breakdown videos for this section, watch the entire youtube video again and compare how much you understand now vs before. Feel free to use the video subtitles to fill in any gaps you still have.
